Internally:

• ·Coordination of a multidisciplinary team (mechanics, electricity, automation, purchasing, production, etc.);
• ·Planning and detailed coordination of the different phases of the project (pre-design, engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, etc.);
• ·Facilitation of meetings concerning the project;
• ·Regular update of the project's financial progress (the project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project budget is respected);
• ·Regular summary of the project's progress;
• ·At the end of the project, preparation and presentation of the project's balance sheet in all its aspects (e.g. financial, calendar, etc.);
• ·Ensuring compliance with the project procedures.
