POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Integrations, is responsible for supporting Navacord’s growth ambitions through coordinating the integration efforts of existing and acquired brokerages and managing any operational excellence or standardization projects. Seamless integration will be a key competitive advantage for Navacord.

This individual will be responsible for the administration and servicing of group benefit plans. The Group Benefits Analyst will also contribute to the development and documentation of workflows, administrative procedures, and client service tools.
