Project Manager - Sustainable Building Performance

Spehead Net Zero Carbon projects as JLL's Project Manager in Calgary. Deliver energy solutions and lead assessments to transform real estate sustainability.
This position requires a candidate with a background of over five years in conducting energy audits and implementing sustainability initiatives. As part of JLL’s Project & Development Services team, you will guide clients through strategic Net Zero Carbon assessments and ensure best practices in energy efficiency are met across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Carbon Zero assessments and energy audits
• Develop and implement effective Net Zero strategies
• Analyze HVAC systems for energy optimization
• Create detailed reports and client presentations
• Foster relationships and manage client-related conflicts
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with sustainability projects
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture, or similar
• Required certifications: P.Eng and/or C.E.M.
