Project Manager

Responsibility:

a) Design Development

• Manage design process through conceptual design, schematic design and detailed design.
• To lead drawing review exercises to ensure design is following Authorities requirements.
• Understand functional requirements of project brief to enhance value within the proposed design solution.
• Able to act early in identifying opportunities to optimize design and minimize abortive design work.
• To ensure timely delivery of design deliverables in accordance with the overall development timeline.
• Actively engage with Local Authorities for timely approvals.
• Able to identify risk or potential variations within consultant's design proposal.
• Provide technical input to Contract Dept to support completion of Cost Plan.
• Possess technical knowledge to lead value engineering exercise to ensure cost effective design.
