Job Summary:
The Project Manager for Housing Development is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering residential housing projects from pre-construction to turnover. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end housing development projects, including planning, design coordination, construction, and handover
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flow
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, contracts, and local regulations
