Project Manager, Team Lead (Ontario)

Salary Range: $155,000.00 To $190,000.00 Annually

The Project Manager, Team Lead is accountable for the safe and timely delivery of projects and fosters an environment for construction execution excellence. The position encompasses the simultaneous management of several projects ranging anywhere in value from $5,000.00 up to $50M. The Project Manager, Team Lead is directly accountable for the profitability of each of the projects they manage and is constantly looking for opportunities to improve on the delivery and customer experience. This position will work closely with the Director of Projects, Construction Manager, Quality Manager, HSE Manager, Fleet Manager and Field Supervisors to ensure all client/owners expectations are met or exceeded.
