Project Manager (Temporary/Contractual)

Brief Description

• Drills down to root causes of performance issues, collaborating with business and process owners
• Provides meaningful process –related insights and analyses using data analytics and technology and making clear and concise recommendations to increase operational efficiency (e.g. cost reduction, increase revenue) and presenting these recommendations to Management for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with key partners and cross-functional teams by conducting qualitative discovery exercise such as interviews, focus groups, observations, process mapping and review of metrics to be able to provide insights to Management and check status for improvement
• Owns ,drives and participates in governance meetings
• Drives/contributes to strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic and operational goals
