Our client is a well‑known General Contractor with a wide range of mid‑rise and high‑rise residential projects as well as ICI projects. With an established reputation, they have remained busy with top‑tier projects.

The selected candidate will have experience with full cycle projects, ideally with residential. There is a direct report/support for this vacancy with a very capable and reliable Project Coordinator.

What You’ll Do

• Lead High-Rise Project Delivery – Drive full‑cycle execution of large‑scale residential towers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget.
