Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team within the packaging and manufacturing space.

The Project Manager plays a critical role in connecting sales, design, estimating, and operations teams to ensure opportunities are prioritized, communicated, and executed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys transforming ideas into customer value.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales - helping to align internal teams, identify high-potential markets, and support initiatives that drive meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight and Team Management

• Serve as the direct supervisor for team members within the Packaging and Graphic Design teams, Estimating, and Small/Run Sample Development teams
• Provide direction, oversight, and support to ensure team alignment and execution
