Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Project Development & Execution
Lead execution of greenfield and brownfield projects including plant expansion, automation upgrades, fast fulfilment centers, sort centers, and grocery delivery hubs.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle from concept design, vendor finalization, erection, commissioning, stabilization, and handover.
Drive project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and resource deployment.
