Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage our precast concrete projects from planning through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while acting as a key liaison for our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of precast projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination.

Production and Installation Coordination: Collaborate with the production and site teams to ensure timely manufacturing, delivery and installation of precast components.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary focal point for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure project profitability.
