Project Manager (Travel Required)

Overview

Take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementation delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting all business acceptance criteria. This role combines strategic governance, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on onsite execution to drive seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, milestones, critical path, and day-to-day execution. Navigate complex, multi-party projects involving business stakeholders, onsite teams, and remote development, QA, and DevOps teams through proactive coordination and governance.
• Manage scope, requirements, change requests, and approvals. Ensure disciplined change management to prevent uncontrolled requests, rework, and delivery delays. Conduct monthly visits overseas to facilitate workshops, validate requirements, coordinate UAT and training, and support go-live and hypercare.
