Project Manager

As a Project Manager   at Ruhrpumpen  you will be responsible to coordinate people and processes to ensure Type C complexity  projects meet all scope requirements according to their contract and are delivered on time. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Main Responsibilities:

+ Plan and work with cross functional teams to finalize projects on time and in scope.

+ Evaluate the project’s health, understanding the issues and risks and create a plan to mitigate the risks - not just a tracker of issues, but a resolver.

+ Establish clear project goals, guiding what everyone needs to do in the most efficient way and drive accountability to complete each task.

+ Conduct project related meetings throughout the project cycle to ensure projects are on schedule, to identify any risks and discuss mitigation strategies with project leadership.
