Project Manager - Victoria

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise to lead technical delivery across engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams.

This role combines agile leadership, business analysis, and project management to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution.

This position serves as the central point of coordination, bridging business objectives with technical implementation and driving organizational efficiency.  You will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with technical execution, ensuring teams deliver high-quality solutions that drive organizational success.

This is an in-person role at our office in Victoria, BC.

Key Responsibilities:  Serve as Scrum Master for engineering and QA teams, facilitating daily stand-ups.

Partner with stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and operations to identify pain points or goals and translate them into clear technical requirements.
