Project Manager – Wet Utilities

We are seeking a highly experienced **Project Manager – Wet Utilities** to lead and manage the delivery of wet utility infrastructure works within a large-scale mixed-use development project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **water, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater networks** , with proven experience working for a **construction supervision consultant** in the Middle East.

+ Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of **wet utility infrastructure packages** , ensuring compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards.
+ Manage design review, construction supervision, and quality assurance activities for **potable water, TSE, irrigation, and stormwater networks** .
+ Liaise with **government authorities** , **utility providers** , and **stakeholders** to secure necessary permits, NOCs, and approvals.
