Summary About the Position: Winchester, a city of 30,000, is located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley 70 miles northwest of Washington, DC. Selection may be made at either the GS-07, GS-09, GS-11 or GS-12 grade. Responsibilities The Project Management Plan (PMP) establishes Project Delivery Team (PDT) responsibilities, sets expectations, documents project scope and criteria, schedules and milestones, budgets, dependencies, and responsibilities of the participating parties.
