Project Manager/Business Analyst - Global Financial Services - Up to 13M

A leading global financial services organization is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support its Global Markets CRM platform, built on Salesforce. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and data, supporting stakeholders across Japan and AEJ.

You will work with a globally distributed Salesforce development team in managing requirements delivery for a strategically critical platform. In addition to CRM-related initiatives, you will also be involved in projects leveraging generative AI to unlock value from client and sales data.


Requirements:

Experience in business analysis, design, development and testing for application development projects

Strong ability to simultaneously maintain the satisfaction of multiple stakeholders.

High interest in the Wholesale Business

Big-picture commercial thinking, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
