Job Description :

1.根据客户要求收集挑选及返修标准及要求，制定做业务指导书开启新项目；

PE should collect working standards and requirements and output WI, then undertake new projects;

2. 发送项目启动邮件给相应供应商及SQE；

PE should send Kick-Off email to supplier and customer SQE;

3. 到现场模拟操作并识别项目风险，制定规避风险方法；制定并评估检验及返修节拍；

PE should simulate on-site operations and identify project risks, develop risk avoidance methods as well as evaluate sorting and rework beats;

4. 制定正式版WI并完成内部审核放行，客户审核放行，以及供应商审核签字；

Make WI and complete internal audit, customer review, and supplier review with signature;

5. 培训主管和检验员，确认培训结果后签署培训记录；

Train and qualify SV and INS according to the WI before signed training records;

6. 每天对项目进行分层审核，问题升级给LPE及PM；

Conduct a daily layered audit for the project and escalate issues to LPE and PM;

7. 确认每天检验出来的不良品；

Confirm defective parts every day;

8. 每天发送日报数据,每月确认开票和回款；
