Project Manager/Estimator

We are recruiting for a Project Manager/Estimator to join our Security Technologies team in the Victoria office. The role involves designing and delivering complex security systems for critical infrastructure such as police stations, hospitals, and hydroelectric dams.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users.
• Manage all project aspects including contract management, financials, schedules, labor requirements, materials, and deficiencies.
• Estimate project costs, changes, and submit tenders.
• Complete required billing paperwork and ensure payment is received.
• Review reports and provide analytics to the project team.
• Arrange for project manuals and ensure as-built drawings are completed and sent to the owner.
