About the Job A1/A2 Main Contractor + Listed Companies 
Residential and civil projects 
All jobs listed are based in Singapore only. 
For Singaporean citizens only. 
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering 
Minimum 8 years of working experience 
Experienced in HDB / Condominium / Private residential (bungalows and semi-detached / commercial / roadwork projects) 
Overseeing and directing construction projects to completion (end-to-end stage) 
Contribute to project planning, design and technical specifications for tenders 
Involvement in the preparation of tender documents for the bidding of projects 
Attend relevant meeting sessions with owner/clients/contractors 
Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
