We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established project & development management firm  - 20 years delivering across high-profile residential, retail, hotel, retirement-living and mixed-use precincts.

This small and long standing team is 

seeking a highly capable Project Manager or Senior Project Manager  to lead delivery of three major upcoming developments on Sydney’s North Shore — including a 30-storey apartment tower, plus two other substantial mixed-use residential projects — from front end (planning/approvals/design brief) through to handover on behalf of two key clients.
