Project Manger

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of utility-scale, ground-mounted solar power plant projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate pre-engineering studies, design reviews, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise site preparation, civil works, installation of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and associated balance of plant.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project acceptance.
• Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across project sites.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Manage contracts, procurement activities, and technical bid evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and legal requirements.
