Project Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Plan, evaluate, and manage the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems, pumps, STP, elevators, and generators.
• Implement and monitor mechanical operations as per approved drawings, methodologies, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Pollution Control (PCO) regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare cost and time analysis, including detailed cost breakdowns for project budgeting and execution.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, building construction, and land development projects.
• Strong team player, adaptable, and proactive.
