Project Nurse

The Project Nurse is responsible for managing health, safety, and emergency medical needs of workers while ensuring compliance with occupational regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Medical Response

• Provide first aid, assess injuries/illnesses, and coordinate ambulance transfer during emergencies.

• Maintain fully stocked first-aid stations and conduct accident documentation.

• Health Monitoring

• Conduct routine checks (blood pressure, weight, etc.) and pre-entry medical exams to ensure fitness for work.

• Track workers' health conditions and maintain confidential medical records.

• Safety Compliance

• Collaborate with safety officers to enforce protocols (e.g., DOLE, DOH standards)
