Project Officer, Aged Care & System Reforms

About the role:
The VPS3 Project Support Officer supports the effective operation of the Research, Evidence and Information (REI) team and contributes to the delivery of priority initiatives under the Victorian Cancer Plan 2024–2028. The role provides administrative and project coordination support across research funding activities, including contract preparation, monitoring reports and payments, stakeholder correspondence and secretariat functions. The position also contributes to the development of advice and materials to support policy, including preparing briefs, speeches, meeting notes and research papers.
A significant emerging responsibility of the role is supporting the management and processing of Data Custodian Requests to the Victorian Cancer Registry and Victorian Radiotherapy Minimum Dataset.
