Job Description

Our NSW Government client is looking for a hands-on Project Officer to support refurbishment and maintenance projects across NSW. You’ll work directly with the Repairs & Maintenance Program Manager to scope works, liaise with tenants and contractors, oversee WHS compliance, and monitor budgets and project progress.
Projects include bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and general property refurbs. This role involves site visits across the state, with occasional overnight travel (1–2 times per month). Travel and accommodation are arranged, and meals reimbursed.

What You’ll Do

  • Visit and assess properties to identify required works

  • Work with contractors and ensure WHS standards are being met on-site

  • Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts and progress against milestones
