About the role

The Project Officer provides strategic and technical compliance support exclusively for the TSI MOBs Transition Project (TSI Phase II Project). The support involves securing and maintaining vital permits and licenses, monitoring filings and submission to regulatory bodies, managing commercial contracts (AS, BCQ, PSA, ESA) related to this project, and assisting in resolving legal and compliance issues escalated by the Transition Business Group (TBG) in pursuit of the project goals and completion.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years performing legal and/or compliance related work, preferably in the power industry
• Leadership Experience: none required
• Project Experience: Preferred but none required
• College graduate; law degree or engineering degree preferred but not required
