Your role:

• Lead the replication of the Eco Store social business model in new communities, following the strategy of the Director of Social Business.
• Facilitate the implementation of new social businesses working with community partners to establish viable Eco Store enterprises,
• Train the implementing team in essential business skills and environmental advocacy, and carefully monitor operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including community partners, training/technical partners, and DA team, to ensure cohesive strategic planning.
• Monitor and support the operations of newly established Eco Stores to ensure business viability and social impact.
