Project Operations Associate

JYAA is looking for a highly organized operations professional to own the firm's contracts, billing, and collections end-to-end. Minimum 3 years of experience in a contracts, operations, or accounts management role, preferably within a professional services, design, or construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, manage, and maintain all client contracts in coordination with legal department
• Ensure all active projects are aligned with their respective contract terms and flag any deviations
• Serve as the primary point of contact between architects, clients, and suppliers for all contract and payment-related matters
• Issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure collections are completed within agreed timelines
• Coordinate supplier billing in collaboration with the architecture team (architects handle procurement) and ensures payments are processed and all orders are properly archived
