This role serves as the operational backbone of the organization , driving clarity, execution, and accountability across EOS cadence, performance metrics, process improvement, and AI-driven automation. Key Responsibilities Execute and maintain EOS cadence (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards, quarterly and annual planning) Candidates must demonstrate real EOS execution experience, not theoretical familiarity, Manage Creative, Media Buying, and CRO workflows. Design and implement internal AI-powered workflow automations using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, Retool, or APIs.
