Project Planner/Scheduler

The Project Planner/Scheduler is the overall in-charge of tasks below:

PROJECT MONITORING

• Provides assistance in generation and monitoring of project schedule using scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.);
• Projects accomplishment monitoring and cashflow/S-curve;
• Implementations of planning process and reports on-site;
• Determinations and monitoring of resource productivity allocation;
• Provides assistance in preparation of mitigation and catch up schedule programs.

TIME EXTENSION

• Analyzing, monitoring and preparations of causes of project delays and time claim;
• Provides assistance for the cash flow through Planned Accomplishment vs. Actual Accomplishment (through S-curve) and monitoring of what is included in the BOQ (Bill of Quantity: items, specifications, quantity, extent and location).
• Preparations of justification for possible extension.
