Project Procurement Engineer

Job Description:
To source and procure project materials or services and manage Request for Quotation / Proposal (RFQ/RFP);
Prepare procurement documents to solicit bids/quotation for the purchase and /or lease of materials and services.
Tabulation of commercial bid evaluation, comparing and evaluating offers form suppliers.
Responsible to work with project team in cost comparison among bidders and technical evaluation summary, as part of the Techno-Commercial evaluation before award. This is to achieve the company's objective of TQC (Time, Quality and Cost)
Negotiating commercial and contractual terms and conditions;
Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
Maintaining and upkeep of vendor registration and vendor data, purchase information and vendor documentation;
Execute procurement policy and procurement SOP;
Preparation of raw material price information and price trend for benchmarking;
