Project Procurement Manager, Asia Pacific

About the Role

The Regional Procurement Lead, APAC will lead the source-to-contract procurement capability required to support wind turbine project delivery across Asia Pacific. The role owns regional supplier coverage, buyer performance, procurement governance and continuous improvement across turbine-related transport, logistics, installation and local service categories.

This is a hands-on regional leadership role with responsibility for building, developing and managing the APAC procurement team, establishing standardized ways of working, and ensuring strong execution quality across countries. The successful candidate will provide direct guidance on complex tenders, supplier negotiations, contract risks and project escalations, ensuring that APAC procurement supports commercial competitiveness, delivery assurance, compliance, risk management and project margin protection.
