Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans. 制定并实施针对项目的质量控制计划;

• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications. 进行现场检查,监督施工活动,确保符合相关标准和规范;

• Coordinate and supervise third-party inspections and testing. 协调并监督第三方的检查和测试工作;

• Review and approve construction materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements. 审核并批准施工材料,确保其符合质量标准和项目要求;

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection test plans (ITP), method statements, checklists, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). 准备并维护质量相关文件,如检查测试计划(ITP)、作业方法说明、检查清单及不符合报告(NCR);

• Identify and report non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and verify their implementation. 识别并报告不符合项,提出纠正措施建议,并核实其落实情况;
