Job Description
Shape the future of nuclear safety as a Quality Manager at Aecon for the Darlington New Nuclear Project. Your role will focus on critical quality management strategies for this significant construction initiative.
As part of the project team, you will report to the Project Quality Director and lead efforts to embed quality into every aspect of construction. This includes developing quality protocols, managing the Quality Team, and enhancing documentation while ensuring strict regulatory compliance throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of quality requirements and systems
• Manage a dedicated team focused on quality improvement
• Collaborate on Inspection and Test Plans preparation
• Conduct ongoing quality management assessments
• Liaise with partners to ensure project execution
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or a relevant technology program
• 10+ years in construction, with 5 years in a quality role
