Project Quantity Surveyor

• Salary:  $2,500 - $3,500
• Location: Tuas Ave 4 S
• Working Days & Time : 5 days, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
• Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.
• Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
• Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year QS experience in construction industry
