Project Resource Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Information Technology /Electronic and Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering

• Must be okay with 100% onsite setup in Mandaluyong

• With experience of workforce management or resource planning in telecom industry

• Project Management Fundamentals and professional license is a plus

Job Functions:

• Understanding project responsibilities and phases (plan)

• Assists in assigning of personnel based on skills

• Ensures all requirements of personnel are all valid as needed per project.

• Daily monitoring of project based on plan (with template)

• Update daily timesheet (KPI) of each personnel.

• Ensures all tools, PPE needed per project are in good condition.
