Project Risk & Governance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Risk & Governance Manager to lead commercial risk governance and lessons learned processes across our Renewable Energy and BESS projects. This role ensures commercial risks tied to contingencies are tracked and managed throughout the project lifecycle and facilitates structured lessons learned workshops to capture and institutionalize project knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate commercial risk workshops at project initiation and during execution, ensuring project teams own and manage identified risks.
• Monitor risks linked to contingencies, ensuring proper governance and release.
• Conduct lessons learned workshops during execution and at project close-out, capturing both successes and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a structured risk and lessons learned repository, ensuring insights are used in bids, EPC projects, and LTSA services.
