Project Safety Lead - North Vancouver (Project Site)

The Opportunity

Carlson Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Safety Lead to support an exciting new project starting soon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who is ready to take ownership of on-site safety leadership, strengthen our safety culture, and play a key role on a high-profile project in a fast-paced construction environment.

This is a project-based, fixed-term position, operating on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation.

The Role

The Project Safety Lead is a critical member of the on-site leadership team and is responsible for driving safety performance across all phases of the project. This role provides hands‑on safety leadership, ensures compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and promotes a proactive, solutions-focused safety culture among employees and subcontractors.

Your work will directly protect our people and support the successful execution of the project.
