JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Sales Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the Project Sales Group. The Project Sales Manager is also responsible for the identification of business from identified large real estate developers and top contractors as well as the consequent formulation and implementation of activities that will allow the Project Sales Group to achieve its sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: P70k to P80k
Work location: Whole NCR
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
Compensation & Benefits: Above average base pay, commission & incentive, service vehicle, fleet card, retirement plan starting at 5 years tenure, HMO plan, bonuses – Mid-year, Year-End & Special bonus, commission and incentive, sick leave and vacation leave credits convertible into cash, birthday leave, rice ration/subsidy, uniform allowance, cellphone allowance and more!
