Project Sales Manager

Salary: MYR 4,000 – MYR 5,000 Per Month + Commission: MYR 2,000 – MYR 8,000
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
Type: Full Time

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry (Tiles, Flooring, Sanitary ware, or Lighting).
• Network: Must possess an existing network of Interior Designers and Contractors in Malaysia.
• Mindset: A strong Hunter mentality—you enjoy being on the road, visiting sites, and chasing leads rather than sitting in an office.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the construction process, reading floor plans, and the difference between various tile materials (porcelain, ceramic, stone, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
• Mobility: Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation as required to meet clients or visit project sites.
