Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic

  • Develop and implement integrated sales strategies for both project and channel segments.
  • Identify and penetrate new territories, segments, and verticals.
  • Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Build long-term partnerships with architects, builders, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
  • Create annual and quarterly business plans and forecasts aligned with company objectives.

2. Financial

  • Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets across project and retail channels.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost estimations for projects and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor credit control, collections, and outstanding dues from partners and clients.
  • Ensure profitability of projects through effective resource allocation and cost management.
