Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Strategic
- Develop and implement integrated sales strategies for both project and channel segments.
- Identify and penetrate new territories, segments, and verticals.
- Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Build long-term partnerships with architects, builders, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
- Create annual and quarterly business plans and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
2. Financial
- Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets across project and retail channels.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost estimations for projects and sales initiatives.
- Monitor credit control, collections, and outstanding dues from partners and clients.
- Ensure profitability of projects through effective resource allocation and cost management.
