Job Description
Set-up baseline master programme in accordance with the project implementation strategy.
Conduct review and health-check of the detailed programme submitted by third party stakeholders in a project.
Advise recommended recovery plan in a failing programme.
Conduct delay analysis and provide recommendations to the client as necessary.
Provide advice as it relates to project sequencing and logical links.
Conduct progress review against the agreed baseline.
