Roofs in a Box is hiring a Project Scheduling Coordinator to support one of our clients, a well‑established U.S.-based residential roofing company. The role is critical to ensuring roofing projects move smoothly from permit approval through final completion.

The Project Scheduling Coordinator is the operational heartbeat between permits, scheduling, crews, and installs, keeping jobs moving, crews informed, and installs clean, on time, and organized. This position owns scheduling flow and daily install coordination to prevent production stalls and chaos. This is not sales, not project management, not finance – it is execution and coordination.

Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required, as daily communication is conducted in both languages.
