Project Secretary

The Assistant Engineer supports the Engineering & Proposal team in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents to ensure accuracy, technical compliance, and timely delivery. This role involves assisting in technical documentation, tender coordination, and cross-department collaboration throughout the tendering process.

What you'll be doing

Tender & Technical Documentation Support

• Assist in compiling technical and commercial documents for tender submissions.
• Support preparation of technical proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Review tender requirements and assist in ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Prepare document checklists and maintain proper version control of tender documents.
• Assist in electronic submission and final compilation of tender packages.
