Job description :
- To assist all administrative activities of the project site.
- To assist Project Manager in coordinating site activities & project meeting arrangement when necessary.
- To assist in monitoring staffs & workers attendance on daily basis.
- To handle, follow-up and record the delivery orders, Materials Requisition Order Form (MRO), leave form and any correspondence documents
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment/task assigned by company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM certificate.
- With or without working experience in similar position.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
- Good administration skill.
- Able to work independently, adapt to project site environment.
- Immediate availability
