Project Site Engineer

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides construction site engineering resources and expertise during construction phases of projects to interpret designs, recommend adjustments to designs to meet site conditions.
• Monitors construction execution and provides inspection and witnessing of completed construction tasks to ensure construction conforms to design specifications.
• Facilitates construction coordination and start-up activities.
• Ensures that the design engineering requirements are complied with by reviewing all design drawings/specifications and making daily field inspections as may be required to support quality functions.
• Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
• Reconcile contractor progress payment requests
• Reviews contractor submitted project submittals for designer or Owner approval.
