Estimates bill of materials of the approved plans for construction
Prepares Construction Schedule, Manpower Schedule, Equipment Schedule and Material Schedule.
Responsible for the follow up of materials, equipment, tools and manpower needed for the project.
Responsible for the bldg. lay-out, line and grades of the project.
Responsible for checking and maintaining correctness of all works, quality and quantity of materials if it conforms to the approved plans and specifications.
Responsible for the monitoring of project target schedule, monitor progress to be within time schedule.
Qualifications:
A graduate of Civil Engineering
At least 2-3 years' experience in construction project management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
