Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in:
· Business Administration
· Office Management
· Secretarial Studies or related field
Alternative / Diploma Qualification:
· Technical or vocational courses in Office Administration, supplemented with 2–4 years' work experience in project environments
Minimum 2–4 years' experience in project administration or office management
Experience in construction, transmission, or substation projects is preferred
Hands-on experience in:
· Coordinating meetings, reports, and correspondence
· Filing, document control, and archiving systems
· Supporting engineers, project managers, and management teams
· Timekeeping and Payroll.
Experience interacting with clients, contractors, and suppliers is advantageous.
