Job Description

                    To monitor & supervise all construction activities within stipulated time and high quality of works. 
To liaise with all parties (internal & external) including designer, sub-contractors, and consultants on site operation and resolving site issues. 
To provide project schedule & timeline for better mobilization of projects. 
Educating & reviewing site workers on the execution of site works with good working ethic. 
Ensure good quality of work and manage defect rectifications 
To produce weekly on-site reports & documentation for every project. 
To ensure the project is completed and handover to client within the stipulated time. 
Excellent time management and multitasking skills. 
To attend site meetings with all parties including working partners, sub-contractors, clients & consultant 
Strong supervising skills in handling manpower, workers, sub-contractors etc.
